We charge a flat fee of £4.95 for delivery of any number of items within mainland UK. If you would like to order from elsewhere, please contact us by email or telephone.

All orders are usually dispatched within 48* hours, stock permitting, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. However, all such delivery dates are estimates only and oxton cotton cannot accept any responsibility for any losses, costs or damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from delivery at any time other than the estimated delivery date.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you, giving you the opportunity to cancel or select another item. If you wish to wait for the item, it will be dispatched as soon as it arrives.

*Please note that items paid for by cheque are not dispatched until the cheque has cleared. This may mean that items are not dispatched for up to a week after our receipt of your order.
