At oxton cotton, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why, under our "no quibbles" guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received it.

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, unopened, in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

Please take extra care to read the care instructions on your new purchases before washing as we cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or delivered to you in error, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
